CODY
Cody had his surgery on Tuesday and everything went good. He went into surgery at 8:30am and we left the hospital at 9:30am. He woke up in the recovery room with on problems and was talking to the nurses. He enjoyed looking at the monitor and watching his heart rate and all that stuff. When I got in there he was sitting up and drinking his juice. When he was done he asked why he did not have a Popsicle because all the other kids had them, so they gave him one. When he was done eating he asked if he could get dressed and go home. The nurse turned to me and said take him home. The only side affect from the surgery is he is getting head acts because he says we are talking to loud. That is good, hopefully he got all his hearing back.

I am so glad that everything went well. Even when it is a simple "routine" surgery it is kind of scary to think of your little baby in the hospital. I am happy that he is hearing well and I hope things keep going great!
